Support Tickets

There have been a number of support tickets entered lately by people who haven't received their verification emails.  We've responded to those tickets asking for the name of the account, so that we can manually activate them, but have not received any response.

Please, if putting in a support ticket, state the account name, and check back to see if staff has responded to your ticket!
