You can download it here, from step 3 in the article. Note: You'll probably still need to go through the process of disabling Windows Defender prior to downloading and set an exclusion for the launcher. Instructions for that are in the article. Current players can point the new launcher to their existing Tarkin's Revenge installation, and you'll need to set your display resolution the first time you use it. (It will prompt you to do so.)
